Hi, I'm Wendy!

I recently graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in biology and am actively pursuing a career in dentistry. Beyond my love for science, I'm passionate about the arts, music, and math. As a bilingual speaker in English and Spanish with proud Mexican and Salvadoran roots, I love connecting with people from all backgrounds.

I have a big heart for working with kids and making a positive impact on young minds. I thrive on clear communication, patient care, and keeping operations running smoothly.

My favorite part of working as childcare provider is building a genuine connection with kids and helping them build confidence as they learn new things, whether that’s practicing Spanish or engaging in creative play. I strive to make kids feel comfortable and confident tp express themselves through creative activities like pretend play and singing, which can noticeably boost kids willingness to try new hobbies and to speak up. 

Outside of work, you can usually find me exploring new foods, trying out fun activities around the city, taking long walks, or hanging out with my cat, Benji.
