Hi! My name is Leidy.

I'm bilingual (English and Spanish). I’m currently studying management at Baruch College while working in an administrative role.

I have worked with children of all ages, from infants to toddlers, and school-aged kids. In addition to my academic background, I have hands-on experience working in a daycare, where I developed strong skills in caring for children, planning daily routines, and creating engaging activities. I’m a responsible,  very organized, and patient.

What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is being part of a child’s growth and development. I love creating a safe, loving, and fun environment where they can learn, feel supported, and be themselves. Every child is different, and I enjoy adapting to their unique needs and personalities.

I’m especially proud of the strong, long-term relationships I’ve built with the children and families I’ve worked with. Many of the kids I’ve cared for still keep in touch with me, even as they grow older. One is now married and introduced me to his wife during a recent visit. Moments like that remind me of the positive impact I’ve had on their lives, and they fill me with joy and purpose.

I would describe my lifestyle as balanced, active, and responsible. I focus on staying organized, taking care of my health, and always giving my best, both in my work and personal life. I also value learning, kindness, and spending quality time with the people I care about.
