Hi! My name is Cata (short for Catalina),

A caring and dependable childcare provider with years of experience working with children of all ages. As a former Early Childhood educator, I alwyas strive to create warm, engaging environments where kids feel safe to learn and be themselves. I love keeping kids engaged with games, puzzles, and fun activities that bring out their unique personalities and way of thinking. I love getting to know each child, learning how they see the world, and building a connection with them while they also get to know me.

I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, I'm comfortable with pets and caring for up to two children at a time. I believe boundaries and manners are essential as they help children feel secure and help them learn to respect others. I think it is important to set clear, consistent, and age-appropriate expectations while also being kind and patient.

I love outdoors and taking children for walks, playground time, playdates, or library visits for story time. I really enjoy outdoor activities because children often have so much fun exploring, moving, and learning outside. I always try to plan activities that keep them happy, engaged, and active, no matter the weather.

I love building lasting connections with families, supporting children's independence—especially during milestones like potty training—and planning activities from outdoor adventures to cozy indoor days. My focus is always on safety, clear communication, and helping children grow with confidence and joy.
