My name is Aleksandra, I'm a native of Poland. I moved to NYC a few years ago, and I live my best life here. I'm a teacher by trade - I have a master's degree in early childhood and preschool education and a bachelor's in pedagogical in-school therapy. Before coming to the US, I worked for three years in a Kindergarten.  I also worked for four years as a nanny for an autistic child. I have experience with children ages from 1y to school-aged, to teenagers. Teaching is my passion, and I hope to extend my teaching experience further while working with children in NYC. I strongly believe that kids should be allowed to simply be kids. It is up to us adults to allow them to grow and learn in a safe environment with clear boundaries where they can learn from us by our own example.

I'm a positive, energetic, and honest person with a lot of common sense. In my free time, I love learning about everything this city has to offer. I like spending my time actively so going for a run or planning hiking or a day trip is the best way to rest.
