Hi! My name is Adeline - Addie for short.

I am from Atlanta, Georgia, and recently relocated to NYC. I graduated from the University of Georgia and received my Bachelors in Fine Arts. As an artist, I love incorporating art while working with kids under my care.

I find spending time with little ones to be one of the most rewarding experiences. I love being able to see them grow and develop. It is thrilling to see how excited kids can get about their interests. I want to encourage and cultivate that excitement in kids and encourage them to pursue their interests - especially in art.

As a person, I'm calm and patient - which helps a lot whenever kids are dealing with their big emotions. (I like to use breathing techniques to help them regulate.  Sometimes the situation requires distracting kids and taking them away from a triggering environment, so they can calm down). I tend to set clear boundaries with kids as those keep them safe.

I am excited to join the PDN team and to meet all the new families in the network!
