Hi there!
My name is Yoly, and I've always had a natural fondness for children. So much so that I've made it into a career! I have 13 years plus of experience as a child care provider, ranging from newborn right up to teenage years.

Children feel a lot of things - often emotions they cannot express, which often show themselves in an uncooperative manner. As a care provider, I always try to help them sort through these emotions either by asking them questions or by giving them time for the big feelings to subside.

What I've found to work for me over these years is simply to talk with the child/children, and not at them. Taking time to explain actions and consequences in a manner that they can understand and enforcing this in a loving manner, does the trick.

Staying active with my little ones is also very important to me and I like to keep them moving by going to the park, having fun on the slides or swings, having a picnic, riding their bikes or scooters.
On rainy days, I like to do fun engaging projects at home. For the younger ones - make pasta necklaces, or anything arts and crafts. For the older children, I like to do more advanced projects like making tie-dye shirts.

As a person,  I'm organized and always on time. I'm goal-oriented, responsible, and efficient. I think fast on my feet and I get the job done. I like to create an environment for the parents where they don't have to worry about the care given to their child/children and they can go about their days and focus with peace of mind.
