Hi Families, my name is Rossana - most people call me Roxy.
I am responsible, energetic, caring, and affectionate while working with kids. I have six years of experience in this field. In that time I’ve developed various skills that help care and teach children of different ages.

My journey as a nanny has been wonderful. I love being surrounded by kids and seeing the world through their eyes. Kids can truly teach us how beautiful this life can be. They live in the present and enjoy every moment in a way that we adults often forget how to. Children I work with learn from me - but I also learn from them -  about creativity, friendship, values, gratitude, and how to see the world from a different perspective!

I feel very proud of the kids I work with currently. They are so kind, respectful, empathic, loving and happy !! That makes me feel so thankful and proud about my work results:).

Keeping kids active is very important for me - I'm very good with arranging age-appropriate stimulating activities for children. I also have many successful strategies for potty training. I also can cook healthy but fun meals for kiddos.

I am very patient in different types of situations, which allows me to make the right decision in challenging moments.
Working with children fills my life with positive energy and motivation! My whole family is in Colombia so these little humans are my temporary family and that’s priceless.
