My name is Lori-Anne, and I was born in Jamaica, West Indies. I have always loved people and connected especially well with children. I grow wherever my feet are planted.

My journey with children started in 2010, when I worked as a dance instructor's assistant to young children and helped to coordinate a show. In 2012, I began to pursue a career in childcare, which led to me working in two different daycares and eventually becoming a private nanny for several families.

I attained a certificate in early childhood assistance in 2018 from Bronx Community College, and I have accumulated training on topics surrounding newborn and infant care.

In 2023, I decided to pursue a passion of mine and published a book called “The Two Tiny Giants. The inspiration for this book came from my work as a private nanny, and explaining the transition to the children so they could understand and not feel abandoned. ( My book is available on Amazon under my name, Lori-Anne Dennis,)

I always say that there is nothing I can teach a child that they can’t teach me ten times over; they are the real teachers.
