Hi everyone,
My name is Baily, and I was born and raised right here in Brooklyn, NYC!
I’ve worked as a full-time nanny for many years, and I truly love what I do. Being around kids brings me so much joy! They're creative, funny, and full of energy. I’m always amazed by the way they see the world, and I do my best to encourage their curiosity and imagination. I’m patient, caring, and I treat every child with the same love, respect, and kindness.
Safety is always my number one priority. I’m attentive and responsible, and I make sure children are always supervised and feel secure. I believe that kids thrive when they feel safe, heard, and supported, so I make it a point to listen to their needs and help them work through big emotions in a calm, gentle way.
I love getting outside whenever possible! From parks and playgrounds to libraries and museums, there’s always something fun to do together. When we are at home, I’m all about building cozy forts, playing board games, reading books, doing arts and crafts, or baking something sweet as a team. I also try to keep kids active and moving, whether we’re kicking a soccer ball, dancing around the living room, playing hide-and-seek, or coming up with imaginative games of our own.
In my personal free time, I enjoy boxing, dancing, cooking, and climbing! Staying active is a big part of who I am!
